3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

PagerAudit is offered as a monthly SaaS subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

  • Cancellations: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
  • Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first billing cycle if you are not satisfied with the service. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable.

4. Delivery Policy

As a digital SaaS product, access to PagerAudit is delivered immediately upon successful payment and PagerDuty OAuth connection. Weekly reports are delivered automatically via Slack or email as configured in your dashboard.
