Data Collection & Use

We prioritize a zero-trust architecture. We only request read-only access to your PagerDuty account. We collect alert counts, timestamps, and service names to generate reports. We strictly do not read or store incident body details or sensitive payload data.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your on-call data is processed in memory and never touches our persistent storage layer. You can delete your PagerAudit account and revoke our OAuth access at any time through your PagerDuty account settings or by contacting our support team at security@pageraudit.io.
